- Authors
Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is an original work, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

In the case of multiple authors, the contribution of each author must be clearly stated.
- Editors
Editors are responsible for the entire publication process and have the authority to decide which manuscripts are suitable for publication based on academic merit.
Editors must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts, ensure fairness throughout the peer review process, and address any suspected ethical misconduct in a professional manner.
- Reviewers
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts objectively and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the submitted work.
Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts, avoid conflicts of interest, and must not use any part of the reviewed material for personal advantage.
